Law of Life

It’s time to stop and smell the roses.  It’s time to learn to take charge of your life and start realizing the future that you want instead of the one you have.

“Today is the first day of the rest of your life”. Take Action Today !

The Law – Everything is energy.  Choose to believe this law. You must accept it.

Your thoughts, your feelings, what you focus on are all energy.  Do you understand that you have created the person you have become and created the quality of life you have.

Take a good look at what you have created.  You, and only you, are responsible for your present level of success in life.

Right now, reflect on ways to make a positive difference in the quality of your life.

First, choose the area of life you want to focus. It can be your relationship, your career, your health; your finances just to mention a few.  The most important thing to remember is to focus on just one area to start.

As you conquer the first obstacle, then go to the next.  Keep moving forward until your goals are reached.

Know your purpose.  Increase your awareness of your inner wisdom by regularly reflecting in silence.  Breathe deeply to quiet your distracted mind.  Identify your life purpose and stop wandering through life with little or no direction.

You must stop and smell the roses.  Try this experiment and take note of reactions of different types of people.

1. Go to that particular place in your imagination.
2. Find your special magnificent location and locate your personal flowers.
3. Think of people passing this location.

Picture how some will stop and enjoy the flowers.  They will take time to smell and touch and enjoy them.  Some will walk by and offer no more than a quick glance.  Others will pass by and never see them at all.  If you stop them and ask, they will reply “what flowers?”

Meditation is like stopping and smelling the flowers.  It is an intensely personal and spiritual experience.  There are many forms of meditation however they all use concentration techniques that helps us become aware of all of our inner thoughts.

Meditation is the key to finding your secret force that can overcome these obstacles and change your way of life.

You must first take action to face your current fears, honor your strengths and live from the inside out.

Live your life on purpose, not by accident.

The Past – It’s gone and should be no more than a fading memory.
The Future – It has not happened yet.  Things you do today are likely to impact your future.

Don’t compare your present situation to anything else.  Accept it for what it is and make the best of it or decide to Take Action now if it is not the present that you are happy with.

The time is here to decide that there is no such thing as failure.  It is time to take the opportunity to learn from the experience and move forward.  Learn from your mistakes and grow wiser and stronger and you will grow to accomplish more.

Are you stuck in a rut and unsure how to make changes in your life?
Do you need some support in helping motivate you to move forward in achieving the life you deserve?

It’s your life.  Don’t complain if you are not willing to Take Action.
With clear goals and constructive support, you will be surprised how fast progress will be made.

All Faith Needs Feet (Even Chucks)

You may know someone that has started a new business, but currently has little or no customers or prospects. You should know that it is not the end of the world for you. It may feel like it but it's not.

What you needs to do is pay close attention to "real" actions and concentrate on learning to provide a service to other people that they want. (Note the emphasis is on what "they" want.)

Paying bills with rubber checks isn't an act of faith. It's desperate gambling. I know from hard experience that it's nearly impossible to get the right mindset for real faith or confidence when you're circling the drain.

Your need to get your feet firmly under youself with real money -- even if your have to do small things or odd jobs for the extra income for a bit. Honest, it's no disgrace (unless you stay there).

Remember that all faith needs feet. If you're in an airplane on its way down in a power dive, you put on your parachute first. And THEN you do affirmations.

The old biblical phrase "faith without works is dead" means just that - belief needs to be connected organically with action. Productive action. If it's not, then it's not true belief, it's only an attempt to con yourself.

Too many people hope that they can do affirmations or pray or ASSERT, and this will save them from having to make a decision and take action. But that's not the way it works. Action and affirmations must be bonded together as a single unit and support each other like two legs. Neither faith nor action can stand alone.

So you will want to understand that positive thinking is good (and absolutely necessary), but positive action is also an essential ingredient.

Simply sitting around is not going to work.

When You are willing to take action, with all the stops out, Your  faith will bring the blessing breaks, the synchronicities, and the destined meetings with just the right people at the right times to help move you forward. But it's the action that anchors all that potentiality into reality. ACTION.

Otherwise, it's all vapor.

"Willing to take action with all the stops out" ... some folks call that enthusiasm, others call it commitment. But it sure boosts the octane.

You may think that your taking a detour on the way to your goals, but understand that this is not a "wrong turn." It's just another way of getting where you are going and doing Whatever it takes.

Just remember that you don't have to give up on your dreams and goals when some little thing comes along (or not so little). The goal is what's important, not every little step it takes to get there (as long as we remember to TAKE the steps).

I'd guess that the old gremlin of impatience has killed more dreams than any other single influence. It's so common to think, "If I'm not getting there RIGHT NOW, then that's it; I'll never make it."

It might help to think of your vision of your future as a very penetrating stare. It penetrates anything that may seem to block your path. As long as you keep seeing what's in your future, you won't become stalled by the stuff that crops up in front of you today.

This may all sound cliche', but it's true, every bit of it. And I learned it all the absolutely hardest way. I lived through it over and over and over and... Ihave to grind and continue to grind.

So if you want to grow you boundaries you have to put action to that dream. This is why faith needs feet!

Be Blessed Family!

Breaking Down Your Goals

Sometimes you may have a big goal. How do you even start to tackle a goal that big? Find out how in this article.

A wise Chinese sage once said,

“A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.”

Wise words? But what do they mean to someone who is trying to achieve their goals in life? That’s what we’ll be talking about in this article.

I am sure that you have some big goals in your life. Perhaps you want a mansion in the countryside, a sports car, or your own boat.

I am also sure that you may well be looking at this goal and thinking “How the hell am I going to get that?”

And this is where our wise philosopher comes into play.

Pick one of your major goals that you don’t know how to achieve and examine it more closely. Think about the goal and you will realise that it is made up of a number of smaller goals, each of which is in turn made up of other smaller goals.

Grab a piece of paper, write down a major goal at the top, and below it, write down the steps you can take to achieve this goal. In effect, each of these steps represents a mini-goal, and each of these mini-goals can be broken down further if necessary into more manageable chunks.

Do not become obsessed with achieving each minor step on your way to the major goal. You may find that some steps can be skipped, some become unnecessary, and that new steps appear. Review these minor steps regularly as they will change often.

Now you’ve just done this quick exercise, and you should never leave the scene of a decision without taking some action, so go do something to get yourself on the path to your goal!

An example may be that you want to buy a farm in the country. You know nothing about farms. You may break your goal down into something like:

1) Find out about farming – is it for me and what does it involve?
2) What sort of farms are there and which type do I want?
3) What is the best area for the type of farm that I want?
4) How much money do I need to buy the farm
…
…
…
Buy the farm

This is a very simple illustration of breaking down your goals. Each one of these may be broken down further into actions you can take.

Now you realise, that the journey towards a goal starts with a single step, and is made up of many steps.

The Power of Imagination

Dear Family,

While reading some very informative information on the internet and in books, I came across a really intriguing concept of creativity and imagination.  In it's application to marketing strategies, imagination is often one of the most powerful aspects that can be applied to business ventures.  In just a few words, I'll attempt to clarify the power that lies within the use of creativity and imagination.  Keep in mind that nothing "under the sun" is new.  Everything in existence has always existed, and facts and substances only  undergoe changing and shifting ( this is reffered to as the Law of Conservaton  Of Energy). All that is necessary to exercise creativity is to borrow from what already exists and rearrange the material into new combinations.  This process is called Imagination.  Now imagination in it's nature is both interpretative and creative.  This means that it can receive impressions and ideas, and it can also use these impressions and ideas to form new combinations of the same.  So, any person of average intelligence can take information from endless sources and transform this information into endless new combinations.  Having infinite new combinations or ideas is, without debate, one of the most valuable tools a person can possess in their business.  A remarkable example of how this concept has been applied, can be found by examining the efforts of  Thomas Edison or George Washington Carver.  The invention of the incandescent electric light bulb was nothing more than a combination of two old, well-known principles (Edison).  He then simply arranged the two principles into a new combination.  So you can see, both the simplicity and the power in the concept of creativity and imagination.  Carver, developed over 300 ways to use a peanut(legume). These things include painting materials, glue hand lotion and rubber just to name a few. So you see,  you can pretty much create anything you want if you use your imagination. In addition; in each of your business transactions, it is very important for you to apply this powerful concept by prompting your imagination to make new connections between multiple principles and apply them to things that are unique to your situation. This is the nature of how things work in my experience.

Think and Be Blessed!

Thoughts are the core of all your dreams and desires. Virtually all you have in your life depends on  the way you think!  This is because you become what you think about the most.

"Whatever goals you have in your life, and no matter where you start, someone has succeeded at something similar or even more difficult, starting with less than you have coupled with positive thinking.

There may be some of you out of the six billion on the planet for whom this doesn't apply. Perhaps some really  do not want to do things that are far beyond anything a man or woman has ever done, so I apologize to the fifty of you. As for the rest of you, what do you want?

I am here to tell you that you must start with positive thoughts about what you want out of life. I know it can be difficult, but I am here to encourage you that you can do it?  You can create anything you want, you just have to believe and put some action behind your thoughts. Want to create a new food and successfully market it? You probably already have more resources than Sylvia Woods or Harlan Sanders had when each of these persons started trying to sell Soul Food (Sylvia)  and Kentucky Fried Chicken (Harlan).  Now your dream may not be to do food restaurants, but I am certain that your dreams must be feed with Positive and Focused Thoughts. This is why you must Think and Be Blessed!

Think your way to your Blessing!

Anthony Hopkin's character, in the movie "The Edge," says "What one man can do, another can do." He goes on to kill the bear that is stalking him. What if you aren't as strong, as rich, or as smart as others? Not all those who have done great things were always stronger, smarter and richer than you. Just like them, you can learn the right things, take the right actions and put in the effort. This is why it is important  that you think in the correct manner.

I told a guy he could save money to buy a home, and he claimed he just didn't have any extra to save. He forget that he already knew several people who were making less money than him and surviving just fine. If he lived like those people for a while, couldn't he bank the difference? (Just say yes - finding reasons why you can't do something is a terrible habit to encourage.)

See Family, you have to transform the way that you think. You cannot continue to have the same pattern of negative thought and expect your life to be different.  You have to make things happen instead of letting them happen.  This is why I wrote my book called Think and Be Blessed!.

I set out to help as many people as I could by writing an inspirational book of poetry that helps you focus and also lights up the fire in you to believe and dream. I sought to help you to think more positively and  to inspire you because I beleive that you can do anything and that you have no limits. The truth is that we all have things that we desire but we will never get that thing if we always think that we can't have it.  Think positively family, put the work in and Watch the Blessings Flow!

Take Colonel Sanders, he drove around in an old van living off his social security check as 900 restaurants told him they were not interested in his recipe (His thought). One eventually said yes, and he eventually made millions of dollars (His Blessing). Maybe this could inspire us to try something more than three times and think positively about our own situation.

People come here with little money and speaking little English (but with a thought) and end up owning restaurants and stores( Their Blessing). If you want to own a restaurant or store, find out how they do it. There are almost three million millionaires in the U.S. If you really want millions, read their stories, talk to them, and learn how to make money. Whatever you want to do, someone has done it, starting from a worse situation than yours. If they can do it, you can too. Remember to Think and Be Blessed!

Just a Note.

Manifest Your Dreams

1/16/2013

For each of us, the universe is different. A homeless man may view the universe as unfair, hard and tough. A rich man may view the universe as a lovely place full of luxury and pleasure. Both of them are viewing the same universe, it is just different because of their perceptions of it and their life experiences.

This is a fundamental key to understanding, to know that how you perceive the universe is how it is to you. If you feel it is full of fear and hatred, then it will be. If you think it is full of love and happiness, it is. Using some of the techniques discussed in this, and other articles, you can start to reprogram the way you perceive the universe and change your life!

Think about how many times you have feared something happening and then it has. For example, you might be worried that you are going to bump your car, and then you do. Was it a premonition or did you create it? Compare this to the amount of times you have looked forward to something and then it has happened. Usually the fear is a much stronger emotion and focus, which causes the object of that fear/thought to manifest much more quickly.

Of course, thought and belief does not just create the universe on an emotional and psychological level, but also on a material level. We may fear that we are not good with money and hence we are not. You can use your will and focus on manifesting items that you want to further your life with. Remember that you can only manifest things you believe you can have. You may wish for a million dollars, but unless you really believe you can have it, you will not get it.

You need to be aware that things are not just going to fall out of the air and land on your lap, though on occasion they may well do so, literally as well as figuratively. It sometimes takes a little while for what you want to manifest to appear. Sometimes it requires faith and patience on your part. It might be the Universe is testing you to see if you really want it and will really dedicate yourself to getting it before you get it. You cannot sit back and wait for what you want to manifest.

There is a saying "God helps those who help themselves". This is true. When you are manifesting it is essential that you listen to your intuition and follow your instincts. It often also depends on whether what you are trying to manifest is in tune with your life's purpose or not. If it is not then you have an uphill struggle to manifest it. Also, if you manifest for selfish needs and with your ego then it is not likely to work. It works best when you manifest for the greater good, selflessly, and from your higher self.

When working on manifesting remember to keep your mind open as to how it is going to appear in your life. For example, many of us may want to manifest more money. We have a mental program that says, "more money means I have to work more". This is not necessarily true. You might manifest more money from a promotion, a raise at work, a change of job or career, from a competition win, an inheritance, and many other ways. You need to be open to this because if you mentally limit the ways the Universe can provide to you then it is going to be much harder for what you want to come into your life. Listen to your intuition too because it will help guide you. You might get the urge to buy a newspaper suddenly. You buy it and notice the exact car you want for sale in it. Our intuition is from our higher self and will guide us if we listen to it.

You can use decrees, affirmations, and positive visualisation to help you create what you want in your universe. This does not just have to be limited to material items, but you can work on bringing more love, more joy and many other things into your life and the lives of those around you. When you are working on manifesting things such as these into your life look to the root cause of what you are lacking. For example, you might feel you are lacking love in your life. Examine the cause and you might see it is because of a lack of self-worth or self-love, or because of something in your childhood. Once you are aware of why you can work on dealing with the issue and healing yourself. Then you will find it much easier to bring, and to keep, what you desire in your life.

Another exercise you can do to help you manifest is to realise the abundance of the universe. Abundance will be the subject of another article, and is dealt with fully within the course, but take a walk outside some time and look at how abundant nature is. See how freely nature gives and how much is given. Think about this and how abundance can be a part of your life.

You can use affirmations such as:

* I am worthy of love and respect from others and myself

* I have an abundance of money in my life

* I am good with money and spend it wisely

* I open myself to the abundance of the universe

* I am in tune with my higher self

* I accept that I am a good and worthy person

Finally, remember these points:

Believe in what you are trying to manifest

Listen to your intuition

Manifest from your higher self and in harmony with your life's purpose

Manifesting is not just limited to material items. You can manifest more love, happiness, peace, and much more

Manifest for others, not just yourself

That YOU create the universe you live in, so changing your perceptions of it, changes the universe

Believe in yourself and what you can achieve. You can manifest anything you desire in your life, good or bad.

7 Blocks To Creative Thinking And How To Solve Them

1/13/2013

Picture
Each of us has the power to be creative. It's part of our natural make-up as human beings. The trouble is that, too often, we block our natural creativity and so make errors in thinking and give ourselves more problems than we should. Here are 7 ways to open up your natural creativity and keep the channels unblocked.

1. Don't Make Assumptions.

Assumptions are examples of lazy thinking. We simply don't wait to get all the information we need to come to the right conclusions. There is the story of the customer at the bank who after cashing a check and turning to leave, returns and says: "Excuse me, I think you made a mistake." The cashier responds, "I'm sorry but there's nothing I can do. You should have counted it. Once you walk away we are no longer responsible." Whereupon the customer replies: "Well, okay. Thanks for the extra $20."

Tip: When you feel yourself wanting to draw conclusions, just wait until you have all the information.

2. See Things From Other Points Of View.

A truly open mind is willing to accept that, not only do other people have other just as valid points of view from theirs, but that these other points of view may be more valid. A story is told that the modernist painter Pablo Picasso was once traveling on a train across Spain when he got into conversation with a rich businessman who was dismissive of modern art. As evidence that modern art didn't properly represent reality, he took out a photo of his wife from his wallet and said: "This is how my wife should look, not in some silly stylized representation." Picasso took the photo, studied it for a few moments and asked: "This is your wife?" The businessman proudly nodded. "She's very small," observed Picasso.

Tip: Don't have a monopoly on how things are. Things aren't always what they seem. Be ready to consider other points of view.

3. Avoid Yo-Yo Thinking.

Some people tend to have a tendency to swing from a highly positive mood one minute to a highly negative one the next, all because of what they see in front of them. It's like a yo-yo: up one minute, down the next. It's far more healthy to stay neutral and not let emotions get the better of you.

Tip: Remember that things are rarely as good - or as bad - as you think they are.

4. Get Rid Of Lazy Thinking Habits.

Habit can be a major stumbling block to clear thinking and another example of laziness. Try this experiment. Write down the Scottish surnames Macdonald, Macpherson, and Macdougall and ask someone to pronounce them. Now follow these with the word Machinery and see what happens. Most people are likely to mis-pronounce it. This is because we tend to think in habitual ways and don't like what doesn't fit.

Tip: Don't think that, just because things happened in a certain way once before, that they will happen like that again.

5. Don't Think Like An Old Person, Think Like A Child.

Research shows that the number of synapses, or connections, in the brain is greater in a child of two than in an average adult. The reason for this is that, while a child of two has no limiting world view, as adults we do. It's like a sculptor who starts off with a large block of clay, more than he needs, and then gradually removes the clay as he moulds his sculpture. If we use our brain like a child, accepting everything without judgment, we can actually halt and reverse the brain ageing process.

Tip: Don't worry about the myth of age. With the right stimulus and a passion for learning, you can actually improve your brain's powers.

6. See The Detail As Well As The Big Picture.

You may know the poem by John Godfrey Saxe called "The Blind Men and the Elephant". This tells how six blind men of Indostan go to see an elephant and each try to work out what it is from touching it. One blind man touches the tusk, another the trunk, another the tail, and so on. Of course, not being able to see the whole elephant, they come to wildly different conclusions.

Tip: Try to keep the big picture in front of you while looking at details. It will help to put everything in its proper place and context.

7. Think For Yourself.

Taking time out to think is still frowned on in many organizations that prize activity over creativity. People who work in creativity-constrained organizations are likely to think the way they are supposed to think, or as others think, or as has always been the way to think. It's like the blinkered thinking that Hans Christian Anderson describes in his story of "The Emperor's New Clothes". Everyone in the land refuses to see that the emperor is naked and has been duped into believing he is wearing a splendid costume for his coronation. Only a young boy who has been ill and not party to the cultural brainwashing can see the truth and cries out: "Look, everyone, the Emperor is wearing no clothes!"

Tip: Don't let others tell you how to think. When others ask your opinion, tell it to them straight.

Once you make these 7 techniques part of your habitual thinking patterns, you will amaze yourself with how easy it is to come up with fresh, innovative and creative solutions to all of life's problems.

4 Keys To Creating Successful Habits

What makes successful people successful?

We would all love to be able to walk down to the local supermarket and pick up a bottle of success. But let’s look past that fantasy and find out one of the most basic reasons why people become successful.

Right now, think of someone that you know personally who is successful. Can you see their face in your mind?

Good.

Now ask yourself this question, “Does this person have a successful routine or set of habits that makes them successful?” I would be shocked if they didn’t.

Sometimes the only difference between being successful and being average is having successful habits. Some examples of successful habits could be getting up earlier, doing thing when they need to be done, being prepared, or effective time management.

So how do you start to build these success habits in your life? Here are 4 tips on creating successful habits.

1. Identify – Find the areas in your life that need changing. Write down these new habits that need to be formed. Don’t become overwhelmed at trying to figure out how you are going to form all of these habits.

2. Pick 2 – Most people sabotage themselves by trying to change everything at once. Instead, pick one major and one minor habit that you want to form. For the next 30-90 days these will be the success habits that you will create.

3. Start small – Now that you have your two success habits, create a daily or weekly routine that is easy to follow. For instance, let’s say that you want to wake up an hour earlier so that you can get more successful things done. Instead of setting your alarm an hour earlier right at the beginning, only set it 2-5 minutes earlier every morning until you reach your goal. This way it would take you 30 days or 12 days respectively to create your success habit.

Remember, the best way to eat an elephant is one bite at a time.

4. Repeat – Once you have created your new habits move on to the next two success habits that you want to create. Before you know it you will have created a whole new life full of success filled habits.

Just imagine where you will be in one year if you follow these four keys to creating successful habits. If it takes you only 60 days to create 2 habits, you will have created 12 success habits in just one year!

Not Sure if You CAN or CAN'T

1/8/2013

Picture
It is my personal opinion that there are two words that are the driving force behind your personally achieving your ultimate outcome and your WHY in Life. These two words are the most powerful words that you can and will ever speak to yourself about any situation - "CAN" and "CAN'T" As I've said many times, "CAN" is a word of power; whereas, "CAN'T" is a word of retreat.

You have the power to decide if you wish to ACHIEVE or RETREAT, because when you speak victory words such as "I CAN", you will attain whatever you set out to do regardless of what others are saying to you. There are many famous entrepreneurs in the world and I believe that you ever you just research any of their live stories , they would tell you that in the beginning of their journey the majority of people told them ----you CAN'T do that! Fortunately, they disregarded these statements and listened to their inner voice, who said, "Oh yes I CAN!"

The key in life is to realize the most important person who speaks to you every day is you on the inside! You need to review your WHY in Life and see if your are on track toward achieving your WHY, or are you on a detour because someone told you, "You CAN'T do that so stop dreaming and just forget about it!" As a personal mindset builder, you need to speak to your inner person and say to yourself, "Today I will take another productive stride!"

Each morning, you need to visualize yourself winning. Forget about how you feel  and understand that this does not define you. It is how you think that defines who your are. This is why you must picture yourself winning and progressing. My personal outcome for each day is to build a community of people who we can inspire and motivate all of us to make the world a better place in which to live. This is why I have chosen to share information through my Blog! I figured if I could inpsire you to dream, than my dreams would come to pass. So far, this Law of Thinking and Being is working out for the Best. I have to admit it is not easy, and some days it is still difficult, but guess what -- It is working!

But if you never say you can, then you will never will acheive your dream.

In summary, you need to ask yourself a very honest question, "Am I listening to my victory words from the inside or am letting the outer defeat (loser) words control my outcome in life?".

Law of Attraction – 5 Things Preventing You from Attracting What You Want

1/2/2013

Picture
Using the law of attraction to manifest what you desire can be either wonderfully easy, or painfully hard depending on your full awareness.  It is very important to become aware of the things that you do want but it is just as necessary to be aware of the things which prevent you from getting what you want.

Here are 5 reasons you may not be successful in attracting what you want.

1.) Not being in alignment - You must be in alignment with what you do want.  To be in alignment with your desires is not always easy.  Let’s say that you have a desire to attract twenty thousand dollars but you are flat broke, most everything in your environment speaks poverty.  You may be wishing and hoping but everything in your being feels like ten dollars rather than twenty thousand dollars.  Your objective then should be to find a way to begin to feel like you are worth twenty thousand dollars.  This is the first and most crucial step to activating the law of attraction.

2.) Lack of Focus –This is another hindrance to manifesting what you desire.  In order to get the universe to move what you want into your physical reality you must begin to hold a clear and steady focus of what you want all times through out the day.

3.) Lack of power with intent – The one thing which generates power with your intention is emotion and feelings.  In order for the law of attraction to work quickly with your desires you must first know with great certainly that you do want what you are asking for and you must begin to feel it very deeply.  If there are slight feelings of doubt those doubts will work as barriers affecting the attraction process from going in your favor.

4.)Not knowing how reality works – The law of attraction is one of several laws that assist you in manifesting what you desire.  There are other laws which cancel out your intention if you are not aware of them or how they work.  Manifesting your desires requires that you learn all the necessary parts to get great success with attracting what you want.

5.) Surrounding yourself with people or things which contradict what you are creating - This is by far one of the most difficult parts to successfully applying the law of attraction.  You see other people’s beliefs and doubts can greatly hamper your ability to manifest what you want.  Those people could be family members, co-workers or friends.  The universal law of attraction moves on vibration and other people’s vibration can have a great effect on your own personal vibration causing you to attract based on the vibration of the group you are sounded by.

As you can see there are many parts to the attraction process not all being fully understood by most people, But these five things will help you achieve your dreams.
