Believing is the Absence of Doubt

You've heard the expression, "Just believe it and it will come." Well, technically, that is true, however, 'believing' is not just thinking that you can have it; it is also feeling that it is possible. When we believe that we can "have it," that means we have no doubt in receiving it.



In the formula for Deliberate Attraction:

(1) Identify Desire

(2) Raise the Vibration (feeling)

(3) Allow it

The allowing of your desire can come to you very quickly providing you have no resistance to receiving it.

Resistance = Doubt

When you remove the 'doubt' that you can have what you want, you are allowing and that is how it can come to you.

Tools for allowing:

There are a number of tools, techniques and strategies that can help you remove the doubt (resistance). Here is one that I like best.

Ask yourself this question:

"Is there anyone on the planet doing or having what you desire?"

For example, if your desire is to attract your ideal client, or your ideal relationship, then you could ask yourself: "Is there anyone on the planet who has attracted their ideal client?"

Yes, there are millions of people on the planet who have attracted their ideal clients.

NOW THIS FEELS POSSIBLE!

And when it feels possible, you have removed doubt.

And when you remove the doubt, the universal Law of Attraction can bring your desires to you.

When using the formula for Deliberate Attraction, spend most of your time "Allowing," as it determines how quickly, or slowly, your desires will come to you.

You are Fearfully and Wonderully made

A reminder of who you are and what you are capable of, even though for a moment- you forgot, you do have what it takes .

You have it, an extraordinary power or influence from a supernatural source”. The potential for you to achieve is part of you that has yet to be seen. We attempt to define ourselves, yet no adequate words exist to describe the complexity of who we are. We can describe what we look like, the type of work we do, our ethnic heritage or gender. Yet, that comes nowhere near the truth of what animates your being. You are an enigma and only you and God have the answer to what you seek. You are fearfully and wonderfully made.

You are who you are and that is ever changing. You are indescribable. Each moment you are remade. Every morning when you open your eyes, you begin a new journey. The choices and decisions that you make color and change “who” you are. You are an indefinable being. Have you forgotten this? Have you allowed the world to take away your magic? Each time you have a thought or task and give it life- you are creating! From preparing a meal for your family or painting a picture. Everything you do adds a different dimension to who “you” are. Life is a mystery and by accepting this fact you become one with it and more able to maneuver though it. You are fearfully and wonderfully made.

Think back and remember the last time you were really “in tune” with something you wanted to accomplish. Remember how easy and enjoyable it was to put together all the pieces of the puzzle to create the final outcome? You were not anxious or the least bit concerned about what other people were thinking or doing. You were one with the energy of your creation. That same dynamic is possible in all aspects of your life. By becoming one with the energy of who you are, you create. You can also create your own limitations by putting up walls of fear and inadequacy. Embrace your power; consider what you create each and everyday. If you can put together the ingredients to make an apple pie, you can use the same recipe to create anything else you desire. Create a recipe that works for you. Be in harmony with the energy of what you want to bring into your life.  If you have made several attempts with no apparent success- try another way. Add or remove something from the recipe. Be in tune with the Universal force.You are fearfully and wonderfully made. 

Where is your energy at this moment? Are you focusing on life affirming activities or caught up with what someone else is doing or not doing? Is your energy directed on how to get someone else to change or do what you want him or her to do? What is the topic of most of your conversations? Think about the last conversation you had- were you sharing hopes, dreams and ideas or were you complaining about how things are not going the way you want them to? A large percentage of our words, thoughts and energy are given to what is going on around us. By understanding that you are a powerful, magical being- you regain the power that is wasted on things you cannot control. You cannot control another person’s emotions or actions. If someone is in your life and they are causing you distress- it is because of your choice to remain part of their life. If you are not happy with the situation you are in, it is your choice. You are not your past. You are not what someone did to you or what was taken from you. The events and people in your life have served to shape “who” you are at this moment. The events of today, will further hone who you are tomorrow- and so on…You are fearfully and wonderfully made.

To become a truly empowered being, you have to reach down into the place inside of you and utilize your own power. It is not important as to where you have been and where you plan to go. What is important is that you understand the fact that you are a creator. What do you want to create? Peace, harmony and joy or chaos and drama? Are you always feeling angry and frustrated? Being angry or frustrated is only beneficial if it serves to steer you another direction. Conflict can be an incredible catalyst for change if you use the energy to move. Choose to take a different path or look at things from a different perspective. It does not matter how you do it, the important thing is that you get into a place that you want to be.You are fearfully and wonderfully made. 

You are who you are and that is “wondeful”. Do not allow anything to diminish and cage your personal power. Allowing your inner self to grow and blossom is a process. Amything is Feasible when you leap into mystery and become that which you desire to be. Like attracts like- to manifest dreams , you must be in the moment. You must become who you were meant to be. You are wondeful made.You are fearfully and wonderfully made.

Law of Attraction – 5 Things Preventing You from Attracting What You Want

Using the law of attraction to manifest what you desire can be either wonderfully easy, or painfully hard depending on your full awareness.  It is very important to become aware of the things that you do want but it is just as necessary to be aware of the things which prevent you from getting what you want.

Here are 5 reasons you may not be successful in attracting what you want.

1.) Not being in alignment - You must be in alignment with what you do want.  To be in alignment with your desires is not always easy.  Let’s say that you have a desire to attract twenty thousand dollars but you are flat broke, most everything in your environment speaks poverty.  You may be wishing and hoping but everything in your being feels like ten dollars rather than twenty thousand dollars.  Your objective then should be to find a way to begin to feel like you are worth twenty thousand dollars.  This is the first and most crucial step to activating the law of attraction.


2.) Lack of Focus –This is another hindrance to manifesting what you desire.  In order to get the universe to move what you want into your physical reality you must begin to hold a clear and steady focus of what you want all times through out the day.


3.) Lack of power with intent – The one thing which generates power with your intention is emotion and feelings.  In order for the law of attraction to work quickly with your desires you must first know with great certainly that you do want what you are asking for and you must begin to feel it very deeply.  If there are slight feelings of doubt those doubts will work as barriers affecting the attraction process from going in your favor.


4.)Not knowing how reality works – The law of attraction is one of several laws that assist you in manifesting what you desire.  There are other laws which cancel out your intention if you are not aware of them or how they work.  Manifesting your desires requires that you learn all the necessary parts to get great success with attracting what you want.


5.) Surrounding yourself with people or things which contradict what you are creating - This is by far one of the most difficult parts to successfully applying the law of attraction.  You see other people’s beliefs and doubts can greatly hamper your ability to manifest what you want.  Those people could be family members, co-workers or friends.  The universal law of attraction moves on vibration and other people’s vibration can have a great effect on your own personal vibration causing you to attract based on the vibration of the group you are sounded by.

As you can see there are many parts to the attraction process not all being fully understood by most people, But these five things will help you achieve your dreams.

Do I Need to Visualize to Manifest my Desires?

By now, you've probably  heard people talk about Deliberate attraction. The Law of Attraction is a powerful force that is operating in every moment, including this moment right now. Knowing that we all offer a vibration (vibe) in every moment, and that The Law of Attraction matches that vibration and brings you more of the same vibration (whether wanted, or unwanted), it is important for you to understand the significance of becoming deliberate about what it is that you are vibrationally offering. The more you learn to apply The Law of Attraction to your life and tap into this powerful force, the more deliberate you learn to become an  attractor. This speeds up the manifestation of our desires. And that brings you to the topic of this article. Is visualization needed to manifest your desires?

Let's begin by reviewing the 3-step formula for Deliberate Attraction:

1) You should identify your desire (being as clear as I can). 

2) You can raise your vibration (by giving your desire attention).

3) You allow  attraction (by reducing your resistance to receive your desire).

Often, you may say that you have already identified your desires and typically already made a huge list of what those desires are. You may have asked yourself, "How come the Law of Attraction didn't manifest my desire?"  You do this but have forgotten about your list and have  tucked away somewhere.
 
It is important to remember that the Law of Attraction is a 3-step process and not a 1-step process. The Law of Attraction states, "Whatever you give your attention, energy and focus to, you'll attract more of it, whether wanted or unwanted." After you have determined your desires, you need to give attention to those desires. This is why when you build a list, and then tuck it away, you never see the desires on that list manifest.

Know that, the deliberate use of The Law of Attraction through words are the common denominator that we all share. We speak, hum, sing, read, write, paint and process words in every moment of our day. All words carry a vibration for the person who says them or thinks them. There are, however, different ways to give attention to your desires. Some people like to use words, through writing, or talking with others about their desires. Other people like to visualize, or use art forms like making collages. It is true that all of these ways will give attention to your desires and help to raise your vibration. However, it is also true that not all of these methods or tools will feel good to everyone using them. So, how do YOU determine if a method is the right one for you to use? It's easy.

If it feels good, then use it. If it doesn't, then don't!

That's all there is to it. To insist that someone needs to visualize in order to manifest their desires, when visualizing is a frustrating endeavor for that person, is opposing the purpose of using the tool in the first place! While that person is visualizing, their frustration would be creating a negative vibration instead of increasing their positive vibration even higher. The same goes for any of the methods or tools I've suggested in practicing the Law of Attraction. Use them only if they feel good to you.

To summarize, ask yourself this question when checking to see if visualization or any other method or tool is right for you. Do I feel good as I am using this method or tool? Is this method or tool helping me to offer a positive vibration? If the answer is yes then be assured that it is an effective tool for you to keep on using as you continue to manifest your desires.

How to Visualize the Things You Want

Visualization is by far one of the most powerful tools for goal setting and attracting what you want.  Yet few people know how to properly visualize.  With the right technique you can begin to see outstanding results in successfully attracting what you want, granted you fully apply what you learn.

First you are visualizing all the time.  You may not be aware of it but you are always conjuring up images in your mind.  When you are speaking on the telephone to someone, most of the times you are trying to see in your mind what they are telling you.  You also visualize when you are deep in thought.  When you are worrying about paying your debt or worrying about the way you would really like to live your life you are also visualizing what you want.

The hard part however is to use that creative force to actually attract the things you want.  This is where many people go terribly wrong.  

Here is a great test to help you understand the most effective way visualize.  Think of the last time you were deep in thought.  Now try to remember what that felt like.  If you can recall that time, you will notice that you were deep inside of yourself.  You were unaware of anyone or anything and as you were allowing yourself to visualize you could feel clearly that you were having the experience as if it were real.  That is the power of visualization.

So how do you visualize the things you want? You do this the same way you visualize the things that you don’t want.  You see when you are feeling anxious and fearful you lock yourself away in your inner mind with those images.  You loose sight of other possibilities and if it is something that happened to you, then you recreate it in its full detail with all your emotions all over again.

Try to immerse yourself with full emotions when you are trying to create the things you want.  Many thoughts may come to distract you but if you will redirect your mind to what you do want your mind will be trained to hold that thought. This is one of the most  powerful test

There are many tools and techniques that can greatly empower your ability to visualize if you really have a hard time.  You can add extreme magnetism to any mental image you want to create as long as you apply the right technique.One easy thing to do is to Focus on the Postive Energy. This will get you started in the right direction.

Thoughts Become Things

We are where we are, because of our thoughts in the past. Thoughts become things. We consciously or subconsciously always think about something. The problem is that we usually think more about things we don’t want, than about the things we want. It doesn’t matter if we want or don’t want something, we’ll get what we mostly think about.
 
Try to observe your thoughts for a day or two. Do you mostly think about the things that you worry about, you don’t want them to happen, you are afraid of, or do you mostly think about pleasant and wonderful things?

Your present situation is the result of your predominant state of mind in the past. And you are creating your future now. Your future will be like your predominant state of mind now.

The past is gone. You can’t change it, but if you are dwelling on unhappy past now, you aren’t feeling happy now, and you are creating unhappy future.

Because you’re creating the future now, only the present is important. By having predominantly happy and positive state of mind now, you’re creating your happy and positive future. It’s called the Law of Attraction. You can attract whatever you want in your life: happiness, wealth, perfect health, love and wonderful relationships.

But you can also attract things and situations that you don’t want. Actually we do it sub consciously all the time.

Because you are energy, you are like a magnet;   everything is energy, you, your mind and your body. But you can control your body, and you can also control your mind.
 
Your mind can be your best friend or your worst enemy. If you don’t control your mind and allow it to dwell on negative thoughts and feelings, it’s your worst enemy, because it creates your unhappy future. If you control your mind, it’s your best friend, because it becomes your best friend which will create your great future. 

Of course lives of most of the people are a mixture of happiness and unhappiness because of their flickering states of mind. Now, because of knowing and understanding of the law of attraction you can start creating your happy future and be sure that you’ll get what you want in life.

The Law of Attraction is a broad subject and there’s no space in this short report to explain everything. Fortunately there is now more and more information available on the subject of attraction. 

People like Plato, Newton, Carnegie, Beethoven, Shakespeare, Einstein and many others knew the law of attraction and lived according to the law of attraction, but it was a secret for most of the people. Now a lot of people are learning about the secret, the law of attraction and the science of manifestation.

3 Hot Tips To Seize Your Goals

Before you decide whether a single goal fits into your goals program, you should work that goal through a process that can help determine whether you should be pursuing this goal at the current time. This can take considerable time but it can save you much time and frustration by eliminating goals that are not for you at this time and helping to identify what you need to focus on now.

1. Target in on your goal: Your goal must be specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and timely. Remember: Some goals must be big and some goals must be long-range.

Significant goals must be broken down into smaller parts to ensure daily accountability. For example, if you want to lose 50 pounds this year, you can break that down to a goal of 4 pounds a month or 1 pound a week and then figure out how many calories you need to cut out or burn off to achieve that weekly weight loss.

2. Identify how you benefit from the goal: People often fail to reach their goals because they concentrate on the costs rather than the benefits. “If I lose the weight,” they reason, “I’ll have to give up this and do that.” Or “If I quit smoking, I know that I’ll gain weight and be miserable and difficult to get along with.”

Instead of concentrating on the negatives, think of the benefits that you’re going to enjoy. As you set goals, make a list of the tangible rewards that will be yours when you reach each goal. Each time you begin to ask yourself whether pursuing a goal is worth the effort, simply take out the list of benefits and read them aloud again.

3. List the obstacles that stand between you and your goal: You need to identify obstacles in order to be realistic and avoid being surprised. People have experienced many times that they had no idea that pursuing such-and-such a goal was going to be so demanding, require so much effort, take so long, and involve so many unexpected pitfalls. Careful planning in advance eliminates much of this disappointment, but you must understand that you can’t always see the roadblocks ahead. That’s why commitment, attitude, responsibility, and focus on the benefits remain constant necessities. Patience is also extremely important. Just remember that by keeping yourself focused on the goal, you can see the benefits and not just the obstacles.

Very few people get excited about obstacles. A mammoth traffic jam when you’re in a big hurry or a bad cold just before a long-planned vacation doesn’t create excitement in your life. Disappointments or setbacks of any kind are seldom viewed with enthusiasm. Yet those very difficulties should generate excitement, if for no other reason than that overcoming obstacles makes you strong and enables you to soar to greater heights.

3 Ways to Use the Secret in Your Life

The first thing everyone wants to know after watching the move the secret is, “How do I sue the Secret?”  That’s understandable because although the movie is good and it does introduce you to the law of attraction it does not quite tell you how to properly apply it to your life.


The First Step

One of the first things you can do in using the secret law of attraction in your life is to educate yourself as much as possible on the subject of the law of attraction.  Learn the very nature of the law of attraction and how it influences your life.  

The core of the secret, are your thoughts which goes a lot deeper than negative verses positive thought.  If you understood the truly nature of thought you would be a huge step above those who think they understand the law of attraction.


The Second Step

The second step to mastering the secret law of attraction is to get a journal and begin to write.  Do you know most people have no clue what their predominant thought pattern is, nor do they even know what it is that they want.

When you get a journal you can begin to explore your feelings on a much deeper level.  Seeing your feelings on paper clears it up from being cluttered in your mind.


The Third Step

The third step to using the secret law of attraction is to take small inspired action towards your goals.  With your new law of attraction journal you can begin to track daily every action you take that is in alignment with your goals.  Its very hard for most people to be aware of the way they spend their time.  When you set a specific plan and track it in your journal you have a better change of seeing how your week has gone, your month and then your year.

Much time can pass with many of us taking the same tiresome actions that get us the same lousy results again and again.  Then many people say that the law of attraction did not work in their lives but actually the law of attraction did work.  It simply worked to give you more of the same conditions you were creating again and again.
