Author Kenneth Gandy 46, is from S.C and is the youngest of four children. He currently resides in Delaware, where his culture and up bringing encourages great tenacity and strength to talk about life issues that shape his community and from which others shy.
As a young man, he voraciously read comic books, and constantly thought about creating his own world of characters and places where they could live a normal life., His imagination became the fertile ground in which to plant the seeds of his ideas. Currently, Kenneth pulls inspiration from his prior work fields in Nursing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Banking and Acting. Through his experiences, he has made a Tremendous impact on his Community. His exposure to many areas of business sparked a innate interest in him to write. It wasn't until 2009 that that his seeds and experiences mesh together in a way that he felt he need to write a short piece about a story he published through a blog. To date, he has inspired many people with his online short stories that range from all out drama to the one special thing that touches the very soul |
Determined to teach and reach as many people as he can, and to help provide others with resources and an education on how to write and publish through his collaboration with Ware Resources and Publishing, he made a decision to start his own writing company called D.M.G. Imagination studios (named after his daughter).
Today, he is determined not to be into a box or genre, he writes from a broad spectrum and focuses on the mental healing of others through his books. His first book (Discover Reality), is full of a vast array of heart felt, soul stirring enjoyment for all who read it. Through this book he tells stories that renews minds, inspires people and frees them from the grasp of trapped ambitions of the real world and reminds us how to live again.
